Courses Overview:

This workshop will appeal to anyone who wishes to improve their assertiveness skills, be better equipped to deal with confrontational situations and recognise what’s important to themselves and others.
Delegates will be encouraged to explore their own values and appreciate that we are all driven and motivated differently. By using the Transactional Analysis theory, delegates will identify how best to drive ‘Adult’ conversations and will deal with ‘real’ conflict situations through practical role play.
