Courses Overview:
Since 1995 Construction Study Centre has delivered CDM courses to thousands of delegates. On 6th April 2015 the revised CDM 2015 regulations came into force and Construction Study Centre continues to provide effective and dynamic training for these regulations.
To stay relevant in todays construction industry, whether you are a client, designer, contractor, principal designer, principal contractor, project manager or contract administrator you need to be aware of the changed requirements. The requirements contain important updates relating to when and how they are applied, including detailed changes on various duty holders and associated documentation.
The alternative could be a criminal prosecution which your professional indemnity insurance or contractors all risk insurance will not protect you against.
This 1 day awareness course is designed to give delegates a clear concise overview of the regulations and the associated guidance.
